IQ Hall Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription-based services (e.g., coaching plans, training programs) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or plan activation—no questions asked.

  • After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may continue using services until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • One-time session purchases (such as live webinars, workshops, or coaching sessions) are fully refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds for last-minute cancellations.

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number, the email address used, and a short reason for the request.

  3. Submit your request within the applicable refund window (14 days for subscriptions; 48 hours for one-time sessions).

3. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If your payment was made via credit card, allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear.

  • For PayPal or other e-wallet payments, the refund typically appears in 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • One-time sessions canceled fewer than 48 hours before their start are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability.

  • Subscription plans can be canceled anytime, but after the 14-day refund period, there are no prorated refunds—services remain accessible until the next billing date.

5. Service Interruptions

If IQ Hall cancels a session due to technical issues or instructor unavailability, you will automatically receive either a full refund or a rescheduling option.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Bonuses, downloadable materials, or gifted assessments remain non-refundable after delivery.

  • Any membership or coaching content used during the refund window disqualifies the purchase from refund eligibility.
